What data we collect

Data you give us through the «Book a table» or «Weddings and events» form: first and last name, email, phone, date and time, number of people or guests, type of event, formula and the message you write.

Data collected by the website: IP address, browser type, the page you came from and, if present, the advertising campaign that brought you here. They are used to make the website work, protect it from abuse and, if you consent, measure visits.

Why we process them and on what basis

To reply to your booking or information request and confirm the table: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

For the security of the website and to protect it from automated submissions and abuse: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

For visit statistics and advertising, with Google Analytics and Meta cookies: only with your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give or refuse from the banner and can withdraw at any time.

Who we share them with

With the La Duna and Golfo del Sole staff in charge of replying and managing bookings, and with Bomber Web Marketing, which looks after the website.

With the providers that process data on our behalf: the website hosting provider (SiteGround), Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (pixel), the last two only with your consent.

Data is never sold or passed on to third parties for their own purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

Google and Meta may also process data in the United States. The transfer is based on the EU–US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) and, where needed, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep them

Requests received through the forms: 24 months, then they are deleted. Statistics and advertising data: for the period stated in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise them, write to info@ladunaristorante.it. If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

If we change this notice we publish the updated version here, with the new date.
