At La Duna the cooking is Mediterranean, with Tuscan roots. The fish is the catch of the day from the Gulf of Follonica, the meats are local specialities cooked on the grill. To drink, a selection of Tuscan natural wines and sparkling wines; every menu has vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Breakfast is served every day from 8:30 to 10:30 am, on the terrace facing the sea: sweet and savoury, local produce and international options. It is open to those not staying at Golfo del Sole too.

Lunch and the All Day Menu
Light or à la carte, always with a sea view
At lunch, from 12:30 to 2:30 pm, there's the à la carte menu with the dishes of the day: seafood and meat dishes, big salads and light lunches made to order, vegetarian and vegan dishes and a children's menu. Before and after lunch, from 10:30 am to 12:00 and from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, the All Day Menu lets you eat something by the sea at any hour.

From 5:00 to 7:00 pm La Duna's Lounge Bar serves the signature cocktails created by the bar manager, with nibbles to share. It's the hour when the light changes over the Gulf and the sun begins to sink towards the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.

Grill, catch of the day and sunsets
Dinner is served from 6:30 to 9:30 pm and the grill is the heart of the evening: catch of the day from the Gulf and local meats, with wines from La Duna's selection. During the season there are themed evenings with live music; for a romantic dinner at sunset it's best to book your table.
